Making the Perfect PBJ Sandwich

This short video was created as a timed skills exercise. I shot, edited, and produced the two-minute video independently in three days, from concept to final cut.

It breaks down the process of making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich into a clear, step-by-step visual sequence, using only on-screen text call-outs and no narration. The assignment focused on three things: clear instructions, safe work practices, and quality control. In other words: a sandwich, taught the way you'd teach a manufacturing process.
