Customer feedback revealed a gap: laboratory staff wanted ongoing access to instrument training, both as a troubleshooting reference and as a way to onboard staff who missed the live, in-person training session on the company's instrument and operating software.
I designed and built a Rise 360 Quick Start Guide to introduce new users to the instrument and software, walking them through initial setup, and ongoing maintenance. The module includes embedded knowledge checks, a graded final quiz, and a link to customer support.
